The Lead Paint Safety Association (LiPSA) is a not-for-profit organisation. It is at the forefront of efforts to promote
awareness and best practice in lead paint safety and compliance.
Its overall objective is to prevent, and ultimately to eliminate unnecessary childhood and occupational lead poisoning. Inadequate
knowledge and non-compliance with established regulations are widespread.
LiPSA members use cutting edge materials and equipment technology to deliver fast, accurate, cost-effective results.
LiPSA is actively looking for opportunities to support UK medical research into childhood lead poisoning. With its unique
ability for in-situ lead hazards identification and on-site exposure assessment, it can pinpoint and quantify exposure risks
so that they can be removed or managed as necessary.
It also welcomes opportunities to work with those wishing to support, through membership, sponsorship or other contribution,
research and action to eliminate childhood lead poisoning in the UK.
LiPSA is pleased to work with dedicated specialists with specific training and accreditation to work as:
Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Surveyors OR Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Risk Assessors
LiPSA's Founder and Consultant Lead Paint Specialist, Tristan Olivier, uses the latest portable XRF-i (X-ray Fluorescence
- isotope) technology to satisfy strict sampling and analysis protocols. It is the only technology available for the accurate,
high volume and cost-effective in-situ, non-destructive testing (NDT) of lead containing surfaces.
